At Duck Camp, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next adventure. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, or receive a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and affix the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your return at our warehouse.
